General questions
Can my account be deleted if I place an order?
No. Orders do not require your account password. We only need the correct link to your profile or post, depending on the chosen service. We never ask for sensitive data.
Does the profile or post need to be public?
Yes. For the delivery to be processed, the profile, reel, video or post must be public. If it is private, the order cannot be delivered.
What happens if I enter the wrong link?
If the link is wrong, incomplete or leads to a different profile or post, the order cannot be processed correctly. Check carefully before finalizing.
What link should I enter for each service?
For followers — your profile link. For likes or views — the link to the post, reel or video, depending on the platform and selected service.
Do I need to provide my account password?
No. We will never ask for your account password. Only the correct link to your profile or content is needed.
How do I check if the link is correct?
Open the link in a browser before placing the order. If it leads exactly to the desired profile or content and it is public, then the link is entered correctly.
Delivery & processing
Why can't my order be processed?
The most common reasons: private profile, private post, wrong link, or choosing a service that doesn't match the submitted link. For example, if you choose followers, you need to enter the profile link, not a post link.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing starts right after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on the service, order volume and selected platform — orders generally start within minutes, and full delivery continues automatically in the background. You can track progress in real time with your unique code.
Can I modify an order after it has been placed?
If you immediately notice that you entered the wrong link, contact support as soon as possible. Once the order enters processing, modifications may be limited or impossible.
Will the order be delivered if I chose the wrong service?
Not always. If the chosen service doesn't match the type of link submitted, the order may not be processed correctly. Carefully check the platform, service and link before finalizing.
Payment, refunds & support
Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong link?
If the link was entered incorrectly, processing may be affected. Contact support as soon as possible, before delivery is completed, and we'll find the best solution.
How can I contact support?

Is it safe to place an order?
Yes, as long as you only provide the correct link to your profile or content. We don't request direct access to your account and we never ask for your password.
Frequently asked questions about Paysafecard
What is the minimum amount I can pay with Paysafecard?
We accept Paysafecard vouchers from 25 RON upward (25, 50, 100 or 200 RON). If your code has a higher value than the order, the remainder stays available for another purchase (according to Paysafecard rules).
How long does approval take?
We verify codes manually within 30 minutes, between 09:00 and 22:00. Outside this interval, approval happens in the morning.
Can I use multiple codes on the same order?
Yes. If the order amount is greater than the value of a single code, you can enter multiple codes (one per line).
What happens if my code is invalid?
We immediately email you with the reason and a link to enter another code or pay by bank card.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The Paysafecard code is encrypted in our database and used only once. You don't give us your bank card details - this is a major advantage of Paysafecard.
Can I cancel the order if I no longer have the code?
Yes. If you don't enter the code, the order stays as "pending" and you can return any time to pay by card or Paysafecard.
